Where are the gloves?

All these stall holders did not use gloves when coming into contact with the food. While having an apron is a preventive measure, the real germs & bacteria comes from the head and the hands.

In this picture, the stallholders left the done ramly burgers out in the open. We think that this is how flies and insects get attracted to the pasar malams, thus endangering the hygiene of the food we buy.
